will treat all competition in a professional manner, maintaining fair trade
and business practices

will not accept a display rental from a customer who's intention is less
that honorable
- You
will only accept rental agreements that you can fulfill in a timely and
profession manner
- Conduct
your company in a manner that will reflect the professional quality in which
Clark Novelty Sign Sales awarded you your dealership
- You
will comply with Clark Novelty Sign Sales confidentially agreement regarding
trade secrets and copyright privileges.
